Much cleaner lines this time. You need to find your focal point more, right now i just see her chest at first glance due to the red and yellow saturation and value contrast. You have flowers in the hair, this about the best and easiest way to draw attention to a characters face, just pop some new colors in to the flowers. A very saturated blue or violet would draw immediate attention to the face. You may also want to make use of the gradient tool, her skirt thing has the same color and value as the rest of the reds throughout. Try making her face and chest area the most saturated, as this is the natural focal point on the human body. Oh, also watch out for her crazy long arm. Im digging the lines a lot though, keep it up.
